Yes, there are many open Debian bugs that could have been closed a
long time ago...

Some others that I believe have been addressed (enough to be closed)
(but somebody should still verify that): #3846, #35523, #40556, #59211,
#33853, #56971 (passive ftp can now be configured in lynx.cfg), #45520,
not meant to be a complete list.

Btw H. ns, I have seen your "#66560: FTP messages when one can't connect"
and similar lynx-dev message, I am working on it.
