no - perhaps I'm confusing it with the parallel effect of the
--enable-default-colors option (now that you mention it, I see "default" in
lynx.lss, but not in enough places).

(I've about 700 notes in my to-do file, and each time I work on a patch
I look to see which are items that I should incorporate a patch, and
which are bug reports or comments that I can try to research a little
more - so it doesn't hurt to remind me when I miss one of the former).
