Michael didn't mention a class, and not being a page written for Lynx, I
wouldn't expect "<ul class=red>."

This would be consistent with my rather poor recollection of the default
for ul. It might suggest that the color-style code still has a bug which
allows "bleeding" of colors.

For the most part I think you'll want to look at the colors defined for
tags without a class assigned. Maybe Vlad or Ilya can give you a bit
of help if indeed color-style is relevant here. (I don't use ncurses
anymore so it's impossible for me to test.)
