A Review & Publicity for Your Telephone Service(s)

[Callback Reviews]

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am about to launch a new website in the coming fortnight aimed at
reviewing and detailing telecom companies.  Initially I am to concentrate
on Callback and Dial-Around services.  Customers will be able to compare
prices between destinations, read about how services work, view and leave
feedback about the services they use, and you will have a 1-page review
whereby customers can learn all about your services.  

I am keen to enter you in my database.  I have about 10 days to enter all
your call prices and complete details about your service.

I will be giving you free publicity for your site and where possible I will
register as an affiliate of yours.   

What I require from you ASAP is:

*  A table of your retail callback prices, ideally in CSV or Excel format,
listing the rate per leg.  I can then enter this into my MySQL database
online.

* A similar table for any call-through / calling card / direct dial
services.  Depending on any responses I get, I might not deal with this for
a few weeks. 

* If you outsource your service from another telecom company I'll be
grateful if you let me know.  This will not affect your listing on my site
but it will allow me to quickly detail the features you are offering and
copy the prices from elsewhere, rather than enter them myself.

Once I have received this I shall send you a simple questionnaire
concerning the services you can provide and I will add this to my site too.

Please do respond as soon as possible, as this will reflect on my
impressions of your customer service.  

I have contacted you by scanning the internet therefore I do apologize if
you are not offering the services I am looking for.  I do plan to chase up
non-responses, therefore if you are not interested in my assistance please
just reply to this email, with the title 'REMOVE', so that I can easily
take you from my email list.
