Hi Sudhi;
Have you checked the contents of the CVS archive for make? You can get
there and find instructions for anonymous CVS access at
http://savannah.gnu.org.
There is already a ming32 port checked in, although I would be happy to
have someone else test and verify it and I'd be happy to have comments;
I don't have any Windows platforms to test on so I can't verify the
changes myself.
Let me know if you have problems.
