With the old daemon, both daemon and ocitysmap messages used the
"ocitysmap" logger name (for the daemon, defined in the config, and for
ocitysmap defined in street_index.py).

The new daemon uses "maposmatic" as the logger name. To make sure we
still get OCitySMap messages in the log, I had to change to "maposmatic"
in street_index.py as well. Ideally, street_index.py should look into
the environment for the LOG_TARGET and use it if present, otherwise
default to something sensible. But for now I went for the quick,
efficient fix.
