Follow-up Comment #4:

This is supported by OCitySMap2 and the new map request form. The user
experience needs to be improved a bit (style preview thumbnail, etc), but the
functionality is here.

Styles will be predefined, and user supplied, but by prior contribution that
the team approves. Indeed, Mapnik stylesheets contain SQL queries so it's
rather unsafe to allow users to upload and use their own without validating it
first.
