Hello Maxime,

Could you pull branch "villages" from repository
git://gitorious.org/maposmatic/ocitysmap.git into dev.maposmatic.org?
It contains support for index of villages.

More exactly, it indexes place=hamlet, place=locality and
place=isolated_dwelling, following advices of Valérie-Emma and
following French documentation:

Valérie-Emma suggested that we could index also place=village which
are "lieu-dits" with lot of people. But according to both of us it
might clutter the index. So for now I don't integrate it.
