[Maposmatic-dev] Implementation of a multi-page renderer

Hello,

The following 22 patches implement a multi-page renderer. This allows
to generate a booklet, with :

 * The map of the city, split on multiple pages. The split is done
   with a little overlap between pages, similarly to similar
   commercial maps

 * The index of the city streets, split on multiple pages.

There are many, many further improvements to be done, but it is
already a good start. See

I will merge this to the master branch and push it on the
server. Integration with MapOSMatic is not done yet, so this feature
only works from the ocitysmap2-render command line tool for the
moment.
