You're right, as we support more stylesheets we need specific install
instructions for each of them, with some requiring some extra files and
configuration.

Instead of having the install instructions for all of them at the end of
the INSTALL file, I'd rather we keep one directory per stylesheet in a
stylesheets/ directory, each having a file describing the install
instructions, and eventual extra files needed.

  stylesheets/
    osm/
      INSTALL (talks about the default mapnik-osm stylesheet)
    mapquest/
      INSTALL
    toner/
      ...files...
      INSTALL
    ...

Seems more "scalable" this way. What do yo think?
