Yes, Mibble is GPL licensed with an exception to allow linking to
proprietary code.

Well, Mibble comes with full source code and an Ant build.xml file.
Try changing the MibLoader.java in the distributed code and then 
run Ant like this:

ant -Dbuild.version=2.2.fix1

This will create your own mibble-2.2.fix1 distribution (with everything).

Unfortunately I'm occupied with another project right now. I expect to 
have a day or two for fixing the most critical issues sometime in the
first half of March, but I can't really make any hard commitment...
