I'm not sure why you are underlining the word "working". Were
you able to cross-compile guile, but it didn't work afterwards?
If so, what exactly did you try, and what exactly didn't work?
Since guile is a very nice library (and a cool language, too),
I'd be happy to include it in mingw-cross-env. Any contributions
are welcome.
