[Mingw-cross-env-list] Switch to DW2

Dear Mingw-cross-env participants,

I just decided to switch from SJLJ to DW2 as there aren't any
notable issues anymore, especially since we're building everything
from source. Also, DW2 is the default configuration of GCC, so
I think it is safe to stick with the default.

Please recompile your applications and check whether everything
