[Mingw-cross-env-list] Win32API fails -> target files for w32api-2-direc

Subject: [Mingw-cross-env-list] Win32API fails -> target files for w32api-2-directx-additions-for-qt.patch are missing

Just updating my environment (same thing happens from a clean checkout) and
getting a build fail on Win32api... The log file indicates that the files to
be patched are not present, wondering if I am missing a DirectX dependency or
something... On an OSX 10.6.4 host system, haven't tried my Ubuntu box.
