[Mingw-cross-env-list] Silently introduced patch for FreeImage

Hello Mark,

In your latest update of FreeImage

   http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/mingw-cross-env/rev/a11ffda935c8

you introduced a new patch for fixing a missing #include. However,
this hunk is somehow "hidden" in a patch file where one wouldn't
expect a bugfix.

So I just moved that hunk into a separate patch file:

   http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/mingw-cross-env/rev/07188d2b53a2

Did you report that issue to the FreeImage and/or the OpenEXR
project? If you did, please add the corresponding bug tracker
URL to the patch file:

    freeimage-2-fix-missing-include.patch
