FYI, I had to perform the following cleanups:

    * rename the package to bfd.mk

    * use the official spelling of the full library name

    * use "=" assignments instead of ":=", because we can't assume
      that binutils.mk has been already included.

    * depend of "gcc" rather than "binutils", because the package
      needs the MinGW cross compiler and not just the Binutils
