[Mingw-cross-env-list] mxe and mingw-w64

Hello,

I have at home personal *.mk files for a mingw-w64 build for gtk2, plus 
the corresponding ocaml layer (ocaml is a langage that is built on top 
of gcc). I would like to publish my work, but right now the mxe 
framework is not prepared to that (according to what I saw in github). 
For your information, I think I will try to open a github project just 
to include it, waiting for mxe to get prepared. I will keep you informed 
of what happens.

Other subject, personal opinion : I don't like very much the 
"PKG_VERSION" move to index.html, which is counter intuitive. I think it 
was better in the *.mk files. Then, why not a tool to extract this 
information ?

Other question : what place would you advise to make a wiki ?
