[Mingw-cross-env-list] suffixes in boost

Hi,

I use boost from MXE. After installing and compiling MXE I see following
"-mt" and "-mt-d" suffixes in boost libraries:

libboost_chrono-mt.a
libboost_chrono-mt-d.a

So -lboost_chrono doesn't work. What are those suffixes? No other
library has them...
