What exactly do you mean?
Remove packages in your installation of mxe that you no longer want to have?
The problem here would be that not every lib contains an uninstall.
One could of course record the installed files and just remove them.
But it is possible that two packages might deliver the same file and
then you would be screwed.
Do you have ideas about that feature?
