Hi Tim,

    it's because the dll built with the newer GCC has different dependency, such as no longer dependent on mingwm10.dll while i have many other dll of the same app that were built with previous GCC version and all dependent on mingwm10.dll and when built with then new GCC, the new dll cannot be loaded.

Is there a reason for you to use GCC 4.4? That's like ages ago.
