Summary:  Remove cache for folders that have been deleted server

Original Submission:  When a folder is removed from the imap server, imail 
doesn't remove the corresponding cache.  In order to do this, it's necessary to 
periodically enumerate the cached folders and check their existence.  
Alternatively, one could simply remove any cache information that is too old 
and not recently referenced.
