Summary:  mldonkey losses upload when only sharing

Original Submission:  After the 24 hours reconnect from my DSL-provider, 
mldonkey reconects to servers, but if I have no active downloads, noone will be 
able to get something from my client until I restart or make some queries. In 
my opinion it's not the content of my share, cause after some queries the 
upload is max.

My platform is Suse 7.0 with Kernel 2.2.16, mldonkey v1.16 static i586, running 
on K6-2 300MHz, 256Mb RAM, Intel HX-chipset (no hardware or Linux probs at all)
