Summary:  upload slots not freeded

Original Submission:  When I activate the Bittorrent support or cancel the 
uploads or remove some shared files, some upload slots become zombie and are 
not freeded for new uploads become possible."nu" command does not solve this 
and seems not possible to ban these uploaders.
