it seems lately im seeing shareaza just sitting in a slot till they timeout
with 0 upload at the dynamic upload limit ( 90 minutes ) and not the silent
client limit ( 1800 seconds default, 180 set by me, upload_timeout )



most of the time its 0 upload/0 download but some are clients that were
already downloaded from
