Details:
Having active BT downloads reduces the overall upload speed. It is also not
consistant, and randomly varies in speed. The speed reported by mldonkey
matches the real speed calculated by external tools.
Increasing the max_hard_upload_rate does increase the upload speed, but not
linearly.
2.6.3, current CVS, current CVS + "improved upload scheduler" + "fix
max_hard_download_rate has to be doubled" all exhibit this behaviour.
Changing ED2K-upload_power and
BT-max_bt_uploaders/BT-max_uploaders_per_torrent options seems to have very
little effect on the speed.
A possible related bug or symptom of the same bug can be seen in the webgui
uploaders screen. If you hover over current BT uploaders the speed displayed
is just the total amount of data uploaded to the client.
