Follow-up Comment #5, bug #18311 (project mldonkey):
built from that snapshot, downloaded the suse 10.1 addons cd for powerpc,
which came in broken with the other cvs snapshot build. md5sum matches. guess
i'll use that binary for a couple of downloads now.
