I guess you mean sources_per_chunk. Well, you shouldn't get stuck forever,
because when mldonkey already has sources_per_chunk sources for all
remaining chunks, it will bypass that limit and use that source for one of
the chunks anyway (to the first one currently). There's room for
improvement, assigning extra sources more uniformly, for example.
