Well, the quotas don't work anymore since a few releases... we did not advertise it, but I think I 've seen a mail about that in this list a few days ago... - MLDonkey
Weird, looking in the 2.04rc1 sources i still find the emule quota line set to 33 by default...
I agree it should be on 100 by default.
