I have compiled the source code from CVS, version 2.04rc1-13.
There are two subdirectories in the distribution: gui and gui2.
After building the project, there are two gui binaries:
mldonkey_gui and mldonkey_gui2.

I was thinking those versions were one for gtk+-1.2 and the
other for gtk+-2, but checking the library dependencies with
ldd I have found that both are linked against gtk+-1.2.
Now I do not understand how mldonkey_gui honors gtk+-1.2
themes and mldonkey_gui2 honors gtk+-2 themes. In my
system I have lablgtk-1.2.5.

As I have not tried the binary distributions, I do not
know if they include both versions of the gui or not.
