[Mldonkey-users] Bug? Feature? Frustrating phenomenon.

Here is a phenomenon that is really frustrating.  Maybe others
have experienced it or can duplicate it as well?  Is it a bug?
A feature to take advantage of in hybrid? Is this how it is 
supposed to work?  I'm at a loss to explain it.

I start mlnet, immediately get a 30k/s transfer from the single
source for this file.  After a ~chunk (I think it is 1 chunk each 
time, sometimes 7 megs?) the transfer stops, disconnects, wait 10 
minutes, but a transfer doesn't begin.

However, if I stop/restart mlnet, the transfer IMMEDIATELY starts
and I get the file.  I have done this 6 times in a row now.  It
happens EACH time.  If I can close/restart mlnet and get a transfer,
why doesn't a transfer just start when mlnet auto-reconnects to 
this source after the 10 minute delay? 

I guess the source is hybrid.  He appears as both eDK and OVR.

When he is OVR, his "connect" shows an ip_server: so he must be
on the donkey network as well.

The debug_client log is the same each time (I've done 6 now..), but
they don't really tell me anything.  (I'm not sure what I'm looking
for)

Names/IPs have been changed to protect the guilty.
