Details:

That patch does two things :

* First, it adds a weak hash table of strings to share same descriptions
across ranges. Some canonization is done to improve sharing (currently only
trims spaces, but could be improved). Roughly 30% of descriptions seem to be
sharable in the list I tried.

* Second, it adds an option to drop ranges descriptions altogether, for those
that are more interested in lowering memory usage than getting descriptive
reports of what connections have been blocked. All newly loaded ranges get an
"Unknown" description, which is immediately shared by the above weak hash
table.

Totally untested patch :)
