Details:
This is a stub implementation of the directory browsing variants on shared
file browsing.
* It includes no heuristics to determine whether another client supports
these requests nor code to process the replies, so it never generates them.
* It will however respond to them itself, as current eMule versions believe
that we are eMule clients ourself and should thus support them.
* Actual directory support is missing and one directory is always returned,
labelled "FIXME" in response to a ViewDirsReq and whatever the client asked
for in response to a ViewFilesDirReq. The files in a ViewFilesDirReplyReq
are the same as would be sent in response to a ViewFilesReq.
