Details:

Make_torrent doesn't adhere to the torrent specification in
docs/BitTorrent.html and creates torrents which for example Bittornado can't
read. The problem is that the keys in a bencoded dictionary have to be
sorted, which isn't the case here: "comment", "created by", "creation date"
and "encoding" come all after "info".
