This isn't a good idea. Just use CamlLoad directives to ensure that
the correct libraries are loaded at runtime.

That must be a really ancient version of Netstring. Gerd changed Cgi
to Netcgi absolutely ages ago - at least 6 months ago IIRC, probably
longer. I'm pretty sure you don't need Netstring/Netcgi for COCANWIKI
anyway.
