[MoleOCR] New revision of MoleOCR

Hello,

we have made a new version of MoleOCR.
The new version is now ready to link
against wxWidgets 2.6 (wxWidgets 2.4 is
still supported). Further the command
line interface has improved for automatic
segmentation, feature generation, classification
and data storage. The model building currently
still needs the frontend but has been simplified
by additional key commands in the option dialog.
As usual some bugs have been fixed.
