Yet one information - i tried it on solaris 8 - i don't know if it is linux/freebsd/... problem too (i think it will be regarded to all systems).

Hi,

today i've installed monit 3.0 on our mailing system. There's little problem - on multi-CPU machines it shows for every service load times number of CPU. For example 4-CPU node:

address@hidden # monit status
monit daemon uptime: 14m
Process 'ldap' is running with pid [5603]
       Uptime: 13d 8h 51m CPU: 319.0% Memory: 33.1% [2667280kB]

(the correct result should be 319/4)

And for 2-CPU node:

address@hidden # monit status
monit daemon uptime: 1h 30m
Process 'ldap' is running with pid [317]
       Uptime: 8d 2h 52m CPU: 168.7% Memory: 85.7% [1706200kB]

(the correct result should be 168.7/2)

I'm now pretty (as usually) engaged with iPlanet and now i can't give it a stab, so maybe there is someone who can ?

Greetings,
Martin
