Problem of Czech Telecom is, that the "army" of managers has at least two
times more people than the "workers". I'm responsible for administration and
development for more then 20 servers which provides tens of services and
there's no other person who could help me :(

There was one joke about it (i don't speak english very well, so probably
after my translation it won't be a joke :):

Czech and Japanesse Telecom made up a regatta. The Japanesse whiff had 8
oarsses and one steerer (manager) while Czech Telecom's whiff had 8 managers
and one oars. That match was bad loose for Czech Telecom, so the managers
had a big conference on the topic what to do next year for the win. They
paid for consultants, reorganized the task on the wiff between managers,
made a system for the only one oars's support and stimulation. Of course,
The lose was much worse then last year :)

Cheers,
Martin
