some more fixes to monit_process and validate..

the following bits are wrong/not nice in the old patch... 

1) in validate, there was my intention wrong... 
   i've launch do_not_validate() before i reach the goto  
   now fixed... also in the else case

2) "" in html-tables is not beautyful.. so i changed the     
   statusnames to inactive or active...
