Log message:
        don't print the status of gid, uid, checksum and permission in\ the 
case that monit httpd is not running => we can't get actual error flags value. 
To obtain the status in local_status, we must call functions, which are static 
in validate.c. This is not critical i think - in the case that someone will be 
missing this functionality, we can add it in the future
