Another important thing:
using 4.4-beta2 my mmonit environment works fine, while on beta3 it
shows "0 out of 0 Services" !
(only tested this twice on the same host, so please verify - switching
back to beta2 made it work again, so ...)
Here is "hotfix" patch for mmonit-1.0.1 to support monit-4.4. It is not
backward compatible - if you want to use it, you need to upgrade all
your monit nodes to at least monit-4.4-beta3.
Installation instructions:
1.) aply patch:
cd mmonit-1.0.1 && patch -p1 < /path/to/mmonit-1.0.1_monit-4.4.patch
2.) regenerate servlets:
make -C webapps/mmonit/WEB-INF/classes/
As you know now, we are implementing statistics/history to m/monit. We
have implemented the monit part for sending status and events to m/monit
managment stations cluster already and we are working on m/monit side
rigth now ;)
Cheers,
Martin
