high temperature && shutdown

Hello,

I'd like to monitor the temperature of my ups and shutdown the server
if a threshold has been reached.

"If the temperature has been over 35°C during 20 minutes, shutdown the server"

The command that gives me the temperature looks like :

# upsc address@hidden ups.temperature
030.1

Any idea about how to achieve that ?
