ChangeLog: 

* rcs_import.cc: consolidated all the per-branch information into one
  blob_consumer::branch_state struct. This is now used to keep track of
  revisions, live_files, etc.. per branch during blob consumption. The
  branchpoint event initializes the structure.

  Removed some dead code.
