ChangeLog: 

* about.ui: removed dialog fixation and set text box to use preferred
width and height (some text was not displayed properly)
* open_prompt.ui: fix the text boxes here again (wordWrap: true is evil!),
also added two buttons on the bottom to display the about box and the
preferences dialog
* OpenPrompt.h/cpp: ...connect that with a dialogmanager instance
* Preferences.ui: re-enabled the "incremental workspace read" option, set
layout margins to the default values (seem to have changed in a past 4.x
release)
* Preferences.cpp: read/write inc workspace read option properly
