ChangeLog: 

* AbstractParser.h/cpp: rewritten, now with better handling for the last 
characters and no time-consuming removal of already read characters; new 
method getNext(n) to retrieve the next n chars as bytearray
* StdioParser.cpp: ..use that here instead of accessing the internal input
array directly
* BasicIOParser.cpp: and here as well (amongst minor tweaks)
