ChangeLog: 

* Introduced a separate height field for cvs_blobs, so we don't have
  to abuse the timestamps for that. Adjusting those to match the
  graph height took forever and didn't really serve any purpose.
* Moved the timestamp sanitizer to after the branch sanitizer.
