ChangeLog: 

* Added a channel adaptor in between the gsync protocol and the
  http_client. This allows us to test gsync.cc without requiring any
  http or json code. Additionally, we can easily add binary channels
  for gsync later on, that way.
* Moved function inquire_about_revs to http_client, where it is now
  a method of the http_channel.
* Cleaned up Makefile.am.
* Added a first unit test for gsync.
