ChangeLog: 

* WorkspaceWindow.cpp: the DatabaseVariables panel wasn't initialized with the 
loaded db file path; this is fixed
* DatabaseWindow.h/cpp: remove the signal and call the dbfile initializers 
directly like we already do in WorkspaceWindow
* NEWS: note the bugfix
