ChangeLog: 


 * a lot more refactoring
 * pass around context objects to every request, the Help page doesn't 
 care about which database you are using, but the links at the top of 
 that page should take you back to the DB you came from
 * fix up a problem in the branch changes page, if the branch did not 
 exist
 * multi-DB seems pretty much done
