ChangeLog: 

* cmd_automate.cc: if a command cannot be run via stdio, fail with error code 1 
instead of 2 (which is reserved for command errors)
* netcmd.hh/cc: add support for multiple streams for automate netsync commands 
(this breaks BC with Timothys code which shouldn't be a problem because this 
hasn't been released until now)
* network/automate_session.hh/cc: proper distinction between command and 
interface errors (wrong options, no authorization, ...); transfer out-of-band 
output properly stream-encoded to the client
