ChangeLog: 

* DebugLog.h/cpp: rewrite to read where to log stuff to on log time, not on 
logger instance creation time; insert the log header every time a logging 
target is (re)added
* Preferences.cpp: we no longer need to set anything in DebugLog, saving the 
changed settings in Settings is enough (as long as it happens before anything 
else)
* main.cpp: tweak the qt message handler for the new debug code; add the 
PlugIns directory of a Mac application bundle to the library path to prevent 
multiple loading of the Qt frameworks
